WebIirc Jonathan was meant to take Andrew's place in S7 and come full circle, but the actor wasn't available so they inverted the plot and had Andrew kill Jonathan rather than the other way round. Jonathan finally joining the team would have been more of a callback to S1 and the high school years which is what they were going for with that season. WebJonathan and the Scoobies had history with each other going all the way back to season two. He was the only one of the trio to take accountability for his actions in season 6. Andrew while funny at times his being part of the Scooby Gang wasn't earned imo. Andrew only joined the fight against the First because he was saving his own skin.
