This is a great spot because you can park in one location and you have an easy walk back to your car because the ride is on a hairpin turn in Penn's Creek. You have a similar long (7+ miles) trip on a gravel road to get to Poe Paddy as you do Poe Valley. In fact you go past Poe Valley.
